With the service feature Remote Diagnostics, Hatz connects the Hatz diagnostic tool HDS²expert with the Hatz IoT module, opening up new possibilities in remote diagnostics and maintenance.

Identifying Sources of Errors - Reducing Downtime

In addition to the diagnostic functions of the HDS²expert, ECU updates and data record modifications
can also be performed remotely.
Targeted troubleshooting allows customers to contact their service partner on-site and conduct a structured initial diagnosis. Ideally, the cause of the error is immediately determined, and corresponding measures can be initiated right away.
Even if maintenance or repair cannot be performed immediately on the machine, the troubleshooting conducted helps keep downtime to a minimum.
