Hatz diesel particulate filter systems are designed for long service life and typically regenerate automatically. However, over time, deposits form that clog the cells of the diesel particulate filter (DPF). Regeneration is then no longer possible. The consequences range from a decrease in engine performance to emergency operation or shutdown of the drive if maintenance is not carried out permanently. Cleaning the DPF is also an important prerequisite for emissions-compliant operation of the engines.
The DPF cleaning restores the particulate filter to a condition almost like new. The components responsible for particle filtration in the DPF are thoroughly cleaned and freed from deposits. The engine remains powerful, and the compliance of the emission stage of your engine is retained.
