Digital Service Portal

With the Hatz Digital Service Portal – abbreviated DSP – registered users have an online hub at their disposal where all important service information is bundled. Additionally, access to the Hatz Academy is provided through the DSP. Maintenance and repair tutorials as well as videos are available there. They simplify the maintenance of Hatz engines.

Central Service Hub

The Hatz DSP is the central platform for all service-related processes. Support, training, e-training, engine registration and information, everything is bundled in one portal. Customers can register for free and have all important information regarding the operation and maintenance of Hatz engines at a glance.

This includes information

on the engines registered in the DSP,
on the warranty period,
maintenance intervals and plans,
repair instructions and data sheets,
academy repair tutorials or
additional resources concerning the HDS² (for example installation instructions).
