fiPMG Generators
Hatz's flywheel-integrated permanent magnet generator (fiPMG) are the most advanced small diesel power units available. Based on the Hatz B-Series single cylinder engines, they feature J1939 Can communication, integrated generator windings, and Tier 4 Final emissions. The clean 120V single phase power is safe for charging sensitive electronics. Variable speed operation provides quiet performance, exceptional fuel efficiency, and maximized power output.
Conventional Tech Comparison
The Hatz fiPMG is 85% lighter than conventional generators thanks to the flywheel-integrated approach. It also requires only 10% of the installation space compared to flange-mounted generators.
Thanks to Hatz E1 technology, the fiPMG generators can be integrated into fleet management systems.
In combination with the Hatz 1B30E and 1B50E engines, the fiPMG variants are certified according to EU Stage V as well as the US Tier 4 final standard.
GD 3200 Silent Pack
The GD3200 Silent Pack further refines the 120V AC fiPMG with a quiet, compact enclosure. All that is required for operation is a fuel source and a starting battery. This model is perfect for industrial and off highway applications requiring single phase power.
Special RV Model for Mobile Use
The RV variant of the GD3200 is specifically designed for installation in vehicles such as sprinter vans and mobile homes. An available auxiliary diesel fuel tank, using logice embedded in the engine ECU, ensures easy starting and smooth running. The ultra quiet enclosure meets national park requirements for motorized equipment.
